I would like to share that I have enjoyed this very much and it has definitely helped me start the season off. It has also been beneficial to my mental health as someone that struggled with depression - it has helped me build a consistent approach and has given me inspiration to do things I wouldn't normally do.
My horse, Nellie and I, have loved doing the Winter to Spring 25 Challenge. It was highly motivational during the wet winter months and such an opportunity to think about the variety of activities I do with my beloved home-bred, home-produced mare.
I have really enjoyed the challenge as it really pushed me out of my comfort zone and I did things I wouldn't ordinarily do. Thank you so much for the inspiration and I look forward to future challenges with you.
